New York Summer Sling Stage Combat & Stunt Workshop
This three-day event features instructors from all over the country in various movement and theatrical/film disciplines, with a focus on armed and unarmed stage combat. All levels of experience and ability are welcome, and will find classes both challenging and foundational.

About the event
The Summer Sling is a 3-day workshop of stage combat, stunts, and more! Sessions are led by world-class fight directors, stunt coordinators, instructors, and artists from Broadway, Off- Broadway, Film, TV, and some of the nations top universities and regional theatres. Whether you are an industry professional, artist- in-training, or never held a sword in your life, now is your chance to train with the best in the business and have a blast meeting (and fighting) fellow artists!
